• K-BOLT
The K-BOLT is the only complete, self-aligning anchor bolt on the market today. Each K-BOLT contains a g-bolt, g-nut and washer, collar, spherical bottom plates and jam nut.

K-BOLTS are installed by hanging each bolt in the proper position via the original equipment in place, or a preset jig. The bolt is adjusted vertical and tack welded or strapped to the rebar cage. After the concrete foundation has been placed and cured, each K-BOLT is tightened with a standard wrench. This motion allows the bottom plates to reposition themselves to their proper position.

The load monitor indicates when the bolt has been tightened to its exact pre-load. Each monitor is preset at the factory to the desired value. This monitor can be used for the life of the anchor bolt.
